Quick Guide to Compiling GNU Gama with Borland Tools

Static binary builds of GNU Gama local network adjustement for Windows named as gama-local.exe are available from the server of the Department of Geodesy and Surveying, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary.

How to build gama with BCC32.

0. install and config the borland compiler following the instructions
   described in: BorlandCompilerReadme and the installer from Borland:
   freecommandLinetools.exe.  You can download it from this borland location:

   http://www.borland.com/downloads/download_cbuilder.html choosing version 5.5 for windows.

1. double check that your the config files or your compiler are properly
   defined:  BCC32.CFG and  ILINK32.CFG
   (examples are provided - you should check the path)

2. uncompress  gama-1.9.01.tar.gz
    (gama-1.9.01.tar.gz  is downloaded from gnu sites)
    this command will create a directory named:  gama-1.9.01
3. uncompress  gama-lib.tar.gz
     gama-lib.tar.gz (our private file)
    check that is expanded in the same lib directory below gama-1.9.01
4. check that all the Makefile*** are located in your  gama-1.9.01\lib
5. cd  copy config.h-win32-borland config.h

7. make -f Makefile-all-win32-borland

8. Have fun!
